Condolence: Larry, I had no idea that you went home to be with our Lord. I wish I known. I am not sad about homecoming, but sad about not having the opportunity to say goodbye. You were/are a wonderful man and I have so many fond memories of you and my mother and your friendship to each other. You truly made a great pair and I enjoyed the time we got to spend together. You treated my special needs sister with such great love. And my mother did the same with your Rachel. Now you are reunited with your daughter.
The Bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. You are now in paradise. Just like the man who hung on the cross next to Messiah asked Him to remember him when he entered His kingdom. And what did Jesus say? “Today you will be with Me in paradise“. You are now with your Savior and existing outside of the boundaries of time. I love you for who you were and celebrate your life by showing the love you shared with others. Till we meet again, enjoy eternity with our Lord. You are still remembered and loved.
